Over the last 20 years, Stephan acquired considerable experience with a major logistics service provider. During this period, he gained various certificates including the Transport Professional Diploma, eventually completing a degree in Logistics and Technical Shipping/Business Studies (Ing.) in 2011.
From 2003 onwards, he progressed through all of the departments within the organisation; from car washer, to eventually a member of the board. Besides everyday management, he also implemented various projects and set the course for this company’s future.
A major change within the organisation which he was unable to comply with led him to decide to pursue his dream: a company of his own. This dream, alongside with this huge passion for logistics, culminated in the creation of Keuter Forwarding and Logistics.
